I have designed a variety of programs for all ages and skill levels, including group classes, & personal training. and youth boxing. Rashad Vance, EdD, the founder & owner of Goal Setter mobile gym is a mixed martial arts North American Champion, who is committed ed to helping others achieve their fitness goals. As an educator for the Baltimore city Public School System, he specializes in physical education curriculum development and courses as well as teachers mixed
Rashad Vance, EdD, the founder & owner of Goal Setter mobile gym is a mixed martial arts North American Champion, who is committed ed to helping others achieve their fitness goals. As an educator for the Baltimore city Public School System, he specializes in physical education curriculum development and courses as well as teachers mixed martial arts , boxing , wrestling and fitness classes for the Baltimore City Division of Recreation and Parks, furthermore he's a champion in three different fighting styles boing, kickboxing and MMA.
He holds a doctorate degree in education, master's degree in sports administration and a bachelors degree in physical education, making him highly qualified to teach and train in physical education and all areas and levels of fitness.
Dr. Rashad Vance strongly believes in setting goals in life.
Thus far he has accomplished every goal he previously set for himself.
